Family Dinner at Indulge @ Park

My 1st buffet after confinement happened today @ our wedding hotel- Grand Park City Hall. It’s my father-in-law’s birthday and after some research, the hubby found a good deal at this place. Indulge @ Park offered Asian cuisine with Spanish delights and there was a one-for-one offer! We love one-for-one offers, yeah!

The restaurant also has seats outside

It also marks the 1st non-hospital outing for dear little Julien! This is also the first time Julien rode in his orange ‘Mercedes’!

Well, we were very kiasu at first, worried he might catch a cold. We put on his full ‘gear’… cap, socks, long sleeved shirt, long pants, thick blanket! Look at how snug or rather, warm he is!

Snugly asleep! Sweet ~

IMG_0475

After a while, he was awoken…

He started fidgeting…

IMG_0479

And shook his cap and blanket away. This little boy loves his freedom!

A happier looking Julien :)

And so, here’s birthday boy Ah Gong and Po Po tucking in…

IMG_0476

The food was good!

IMG_0477

Impressive seafood and sushi (beside the seafood, not in picture!)

Salads

IMG_0488

They offered many ready-made salads including one with fresh crab meat!

Back to Asian cuisine!

Clams in white wine sauce… I like it!

IMG_0499

And I love their teriyaki chicken

IMG_0500

Duck in natural juice Don’t ask me what’s natural juice… Oil maybe??

IMG_0505

Cereal prawn (nicely deshelled)

IMG_0504

Jared’s favorite- Beancurd I know you all don’t believe me but it’s true… he really loves beancurd and mushrooms! And yes… what a waste of $$ to eat beancurd here….

IMG_0501

And many more!

IMG_0502

Desserts! Like… Muah Chee. I know this is not a WOW! dessert but it’s another of Jared’s favorite… He is like a kampung kid who likes to eat simple food…

I, on the other hand am MORE sophisticated… I go for….

 IMG_0506

4-layer chocolate fondue pot! LURVE!!!

IMG_0492

Ice-cream… quite disappointing cos it’s like the normal Walls ice-cream…

IMG_0509

They were other pretty cakes, kueh kuehs and puddings too!

IMG_0507

We especially loved the DURIAN mousse!

IMG_0485

DELICIOUS!

And so here’s some other random pictures. We had a great dinner together with our 1st time guest- Master Julien Lim!
