Dark pink, bright pink, white roses on a stand.... hmmm....?? Couples who usually sit separate, sit together.... hmmm.... ??Then Ps D said that Ps Kong is going to start a new relationship series then I realised "O Ya!", I remembered Ps wants to share something for the couples in time for the V-day celebration... and V- day is coming in a couple of days time! I feel really blessed to be in City Harvest... Ps Kong is constantly teaching the couples to stay in love... in fact, to be more & more in love and to be commited all the way in a marriage. Thanks Pastor!!! Anyway, Ps and Sun are great examples of how a married couple can grow more in love with each passing day. *Envy* I know even though they are very far apart in physical distance, they are almost all the time on the phone with each other. Cost (overseas calls' charges) to them, is not a barrier to communication at all. Ps is always THERE for Sun, praying, encouraging, supporting, fighting alongside.... Heard about a few surprises he had planned for her. And he shared about the GIGANTIC luggage sized card he bought for her and how he brought it to U.S. for her. SO SWEET!!! Honestly, I did not really hear of what Sun does... BUT for Ps to love her that way.... and knowing her, she must really be a great lover herself! Ok, slap slap....wake up! I dun need Jared to be Ps Kong (*chuckle) and I definitely am not Sun (HAHA! dream away!) But we really can be inspired to love more.... Yesterday, when I saw the couples exchanging vows... Man, I saw tears in people's eyes... Somehow felt many of the couples must have went through many things together... Many of them meant the words they say... many are going to mean them... This scene really brought tears into my eyes. I was ren-ing very badly. Man... if it was my turn to go up there... I think soap opera already! Nono.... not that many bad things happened! But my heart felt v touched at the words of the marriage vow made by the married people themselves.... their words possibly carry more weight than newly weds'.So here's leaving you with a wedding vow I found online. I think Jared and I should be doing a personalized vow too... :)I LOVE YOU THIS MUCH....ENOUGH TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. GIVE MY LIFE, MY LOVE, MY HEART AND MY SOUL TO YOU AND FOR YOU. ENOUGH TO WILLINGLY GIVE ALL OF MY TIME, EFFORTS. THOUGHTS, TALENTS, TRUST AND PRAYERS TO YOU. ENOUGHT TO WANT TO PROTECT YOU, CARE FOR YOU, GUIDE YOU, HOLD YOU, COMFORT YOU, LISTEN TO YOU, AND CRY WITH YOU. ENOUGH TO BE SILLY AROUND YOU, NEVER HAVE TO HIDE ANYTHING FROM YOU, AND BE MYSELF WITH YOU.........I LOVE YOU ENOUGH TO SHARE ALL OF MY SENTIMENTS, DREAMS, GOALS, FEARS, HOPES, AND WORRIES, MY ENTIRE LIFE WITH YOU. ENOUGH TO WANT THE BEST FOR YOU, TO WISH FOR YOUR SUCCESS AND TO HOPE FOR THE FULFILMENT OF ALL OF YOUR ENDEAVOURS. ENOUGH TO KEEP MY PROMISES TO YOU AND PLEDGE MY LOYALY AND FAITHFULLNESS TO YOU. ENOUGH TO CHERISH YOUR FRIENDSHIP, ADORE YOUR PERSONALITY, RESPECT YOUR VALUES AND SEE YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE....I LOVE YOU ENOUGH TO FIGHT FOR YOU, COMPROMISE FOR YOU AND SACRIFICE MYSELF FOR YOU. ENOUGH TO MISS YOU INCREDIBLE WHEN WE ARE APART, NO MATTER WHAT LENGTH OF TIME ITS FOR AND REGARDLESS OF THE DISTANCE ENOUGH TO BELIEVE IN OUR RELATIONSHIP TO STAND BY IT THROUGH THE WORST OF TIMES, TO HAVE FAITH IN OUR STRENGTH AS A COUPLE, AND TO NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON US ENOUGH TO SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE WITH YOU, BE THERE FOR YOU, WHEN YOU NEED OR WANT ME, AND NEVER EVER WANT TO LEAVE YOU OR LIVE WITHOUT YOU....I LOVE YOU THIS MUCH..............HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!
I am now sourcing for my wedding march-in songs. Slow-paced, romantic, with a build up effect at the start of the song... ANY IDEAS? Help.....!

Hong Bao kwai dian na lai!
Sadly, this would be my last year receiving Ang Baos! :( So, I am praying that I get a good harvest this year!
Anyway, both my CGs had steamboat CG meetings. A number of irregulars and new friends joined us! I am believing strongly that as each individual in E99 & W351 prays up and make a conscious effort to win souls, truly the harvest will come and become fruits that remain!!! PRAY PRAY PRAY!!!
Anyway, I must say I have never had steamboats for 2 consecutive days before! Thank God my family don't eat steamboat for CNY. We would always have nice, yummie Chinese dishes like curry chicken, braised sea cucumber, brocolli with scallops, chicken feet (yums), fried chicken, pig's trotters (hmm..not soo nice), pig's stomach soup etc etc. Man... I am drooling already.
Anyway, after CG meeting, everyone tried to play chef.... and we could attest to the proverb that 'too many cooks spoil the broth.'... and during this experience we could separate out the real cooks and the fake ones and the wannabes... HAHA!

We had lao yu sheng as well! My E99 obviously was lost for words... whilst my W351... everyone was TRYING to say something!

Yusheng (before & after)
We celebrated birthdays! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Joseph & Marcus!!!

Also, not only is CNY coming... Valentine's Day is also coming!!! I want to think of a very good idea for this V day for dear.
