Blue Moon

Blue Moon = something that happens rarely, as in "once in a blue moon".

(DO U KNOW?: It is rare that in one calendar month you would see a second full moon or "blue moon". This is an event that is seen as absurd and can never occur. Although the moon is never actually "blue", unless alot of dust is kicked up into the atmosphere, then the moon can almost appear blue. Some events in history that have caused this effect and made the moon appear as blue include: The eruption of Krakatoa in 1883, late Indian monsoons in 1927, and forest fires in Canada in 1951.)

Today, the blue moon appeared. I bought a blue-coloured jazz CD - "Jazz in the City". My boyfriend asked me why. I replied " I felt like it!". The Bible says in John 10:10 that Jesus came to give us life and life in abundance. Being an on fire christian DOES NOT mean you live a boring life! God empowers us to create our world. Why not spice up our life with the simple little add-ons? Honestly, I've always thought I am a creative person. Rather arty farty... Hmm... Maybe that is why I bought my 1st jazz CD. To spice up my life! :)

Falling in love again

Falling falling falling ... fallen in love again. Have you experienced falling in love so much ... you cried? Hee2... I am not talking about Jared now. But I am talking about God.

I cry because...
... I feel Your love.
... You fill me with strength, joy & purpose.
... You love me much much much much more than I love You ...
... You know that & You still keep on loving.

" I love Him because He first loved me." 1 John 4:19

I am going to get today's sermon CD! Ps Ulf, you are tremendous! I am so inspired to live a life of REAL faith in God & His word alone.

Do u really dare to let go... and let God? If only you are eternity minded. $, career, relationships ... all will pass away. Let's stay focused on God & His kingdom. Let's get things done! Let's make things happen! Let's keep growing!

Phil 3
"7 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. 8 Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ... 12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me."
New Word of the Day

2 : to wander slowly and idly
*3 : to speak indistinctly or disconnectedly
Example sentence: John had a tendency to maunder on about things of little interest, so we often tried to limit our conversations with him.

In the beginning...

I can't believe I am starting a blog! Will this die away VERY soon like all the previous diaries that I TRIED to keep? Anyway, I just followed the simple steps to creating a new blog... and wahla! Here I am...

U know, the most interesting blog I've come across is Mr Local Comic Cartoonist, creator of "Chew On It" - Mr. Chew ** (Very obvious right?). Very visual (many comics of course), candid and frank...a little critical, but nevertheless interesting! Will my blog be interesting? Will I have 'fans'? I don't know myself... Read on...

If I am in a creative mood... I will perhaps try to liven up my entries, but if not... please bear with my life stories and thoughts. (Warning: Life with the Holy Spirit is SELDOM boring anyway!)

Welcome to my world! :)
